Dealing with rejection and waiting is part of a writer’s journey following the traditional pathway to publication. You just have to keep writing and knocking on those doors, believing that one day you’ll knock on the right door at the right time with the right story!

I’m back in the querying trenches with my new chapter book series ( a new take on some classic fairy tales), while (slowly) writing books two and three in this series.

I’m also editing a new standalone middle-grade story I wrote last year during NaNoWriMo. A humorous adventure story with a science and sustainability twist. I’m onto the 3rd draft and am now sharing this with my writer’s critique group. I’ll be looking for some beta readers soon in the 8 – 12 age bracket so if you’re interested, drop me a message.
